Naast de Lego Universe MMO zal er ook een aanvullende trading card game komen. Lego gaat hiervoor samenwerken met Dire Wolf Digital. Er komt een digitale en een normale versie, waarbij je in de winkels vanalles kunt kopen voor de normale versie. De trading card game komt begin 2011, Lego Universe zelf komt op 26 oktober 2010.
